As the High Commissioner of the Kenya High Commission in Islamabad, I am honoured to present the Strategic Plan 2023–2027, which serves as a comprehensive roadmap for the Mission’s priorities and objectives over the next five years. This Strategic Plan is anchored in Kenya’s Foreign Policy and aligns with the Ministry of Foreign and Diaspora Affairs Strategic Plan 2023–2027, Kenya Vision 2030, the Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA), and global development frameworks such as the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the African Union Agenda 2063.

This Plan provides a structured approach to enhancing diplomatic relations, trade and investment promotion, diaspora engagement, and consular services between Kenya and Pakistan. It outlines clear strategies for strengthening Kenya’s bilateral and multilateral engagements, deepening economic cooperation, and safeguarding the interests of Kenyans abroad. Additionally, the Plan underscores the importance of leveraging partnerships, technology, and best practices to advance Kenya’s national interests while fostering regional peace and security.

I extend my appreciation to the Government of Kenya, the Ministry of Foreign and Diaspora Affairs, led by the Prime Cabinet Secretary, Hon. Musalia Mudavadi, the Principal Secretary, Dr. Korir Sing’Oei, and all the stakeholders who contributed to the development of this Strategic Plan. I also commend the Kenya High Commission, Islamabad's dedicated staff for their commitment to implementing this Plan with excellence and efficiency.
